Paul Siwek

Paul is the Founder and Director of Logica Property. He has over twenty-five years of practical real estate experience, including over 12 years as the principal buyers agent of his own agency. Paul holds degree qualifications in property valuation, business (MBA) and engineering and is a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent in NSW and SA.

Prior to starting his own agency in 2011, Paul worked for many years in business management and sales ranging from small business to “corporate world”, including overseas.

Paul is a long-term resident of the North Shore and has a comprehensive knowledge of the area and surrounding regions. Living and working locally, Paul understands the different local property markets and has established a strong network of professional contacts.

Paul’s comprehensive education, hands-on property knowledge and practical experience translate to better results for his buyers. He provides his clients with a truly professional guidance and unbiased advice.

Paul always strives for the best possible result for his clients. Professional and diligent, responsive, efficient and knowledgeable, strong negotiator, honest and straightforward, approachable, easy to work with, patient, calm, are some of the terms used by Paul’s clients to describe him.

Paul is a good communicator, comfortable with clients of all cultural backgrounds. In addition to English, Paul is also fluent in Polish and speaks rusty German.

Adam Siwek

Adam is the Assistant Buyers Agent to Paul. He is currently completing his real estate licence at the Real Estate Institute of NSW. Adam has previously studied Information Technology in Adelaide and currently studies part-time at Macquarie University in Sydney.

Adam has over five years’ experience in his role, including extensive on-the-job training. He plays an important role in the company, assisting Paul with research, inspections, preliminary appraisals and communicating with sales agents and third-party service providers such as strata inspectors. He also develops the website and handles the IT side of the business.

Adam enjoys interacting and assisting clients in a friendly, approachable way. In addition to English, Adam speaks Polish and basic French.
